Thomas J. Chlebanowski (Kleb-a-now-ski) is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 28 years of experience in civil engineering, transportation systems, construction management, and field inspection.

He holds PE licenses in Arizona (#40446), Illinois (#062056205), and Texas (#119834), and is certified in Roadway Safety Audits through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
